Calidus Resources Limited are a gold exploration and development company who operates the Warrawoona Gold Project located near Marble Bar in the East Pilbara district of Western Australia.

After a short operational pause, exciting changes are underway as we embrace new management and look to ramp our Warrawoona project back up to full production by March 2025.

About the role

As we look to ramp back up into production, we are pleased to announce a significant milestone in our company’s journey, transitioning from contractor mining to owner operator mining.  This shift marks an exciting new chapter, driven by our commitment to operational excellence, efficiency and long-term sustainability.

This role is a permanent opportunities, based on 15 days on, 13 days off roster, FIFO from Perth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administration of roster changes, flight and accommodation bookings and updating these changes into INX specifically for the Mining team
• Educating staff and contractors how to correctly complete site access and leave forms and updating these into INX
• Organisation of Journey Management Plans (JMPs).
• New starter co-ordination and onboarding.
• Assisting with mobilisation of contractors.
• Ad hoc administrative tasks as directed by site management.
• Take 5s and hazard reporting
• Completion of daily breathalyser sheets

About you

We are seeking applications experienced Administrators who have:

• Minimum 3 years strong experience in the administration of mid-scale projects, preferably within the construction and/or mining industry environment.
• Experience in coordinating travel and accommodation is essential.
• Previous experience in INX is desirable.
